Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

First-month refund: If you are not satisfied with a subscription product, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable.

One-Time Products

One-time purchases (templates, scans, reports) are refundable within 14 days if the product is defective or not as described. Contact us with your order details.

How to Request

Email hitekify@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We will work to resolve the issue. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
