1. Services

Tekify ("we", "us") provides digital software products and services including but not limited to Client Approval Clock, SpendReceipt OS, PDF Accessibility Preflight, and Business Template Packs (collectively, "Services"). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Access

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the Services, violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Services to spam or deceive others.

4. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Services, including software, design, and documentation. You retain rights to your content and data. We claim no ownership over files or data you upload.

5. Payment and Billing

Prices are listed on our products page. Subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance. One-time products are charged at purchase. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from using the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
